Mt. Province PLGU awards Golden Healthy Baby 2017

BAUKO, Mountain Province (PIA) - -  The provincial government awarded certificate of recognition and cash prize of P20, 000.00 to baby Yhalina P. Andrada as the winner in the search for the Golden Healthy Baby 2017.

 

Organizations in MP given bounty chicks

Bontoc. Mountain Province –Poultry meat and eggs are hoped to be produced by local livestock farmers in the province following the dispersal of three to four weeks old “bounty chickens” to the first batch of organizations on April 18, 2017.

Alab Petroglyph

The Alab Petroglyph is a huge rock formation that was inscribed with bows and arrows and is believed to have contained the ancient fertility rites of natives.

Backstrap and Loom weaving Houses ( Samoki Weaving)

This is where one can see an actual weaving by the locals. Tourists can come to this place for a photo-op and a chance to try their hand at weaving. Souvenirs can also be bought at these houses.
