295 Kalinga professionals benefit in PRC mobile licensing

CITY OF TABUK, Kalinga, July 13 (PIA) -- Two hundred ninety five professionals of the province availed  of the out-of-town licensing services offered  by Region-02 Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) recently.

Francis Dale Biag of the City Public Employment Service Office (PESO) reported that 134 have file their application to take Board Examinations, 110 for renewal of licenses and 51 new license applicants.

With its online service, PRC also issued 104 license cards on-the-spot. Biag said the online mobile licensing is supported by a technical team from the Department of Information and Communication Technology and the City Information and Communication Technology Office (ICT).

The Tabuk City and PRC-R02 partnership has relieved professionals here from the costs of going to the nearest PRC office in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

Mayor Ferdinand B. Tubban lauded the licensing team and vowed full support of the city-LGU on the project.

‘Through the activity, professionals from our place are encouraged to upgrade their efficiency since renewal of license is now accessible and easier’, Tubban expressed. (PIA Kalinga)
