The process ensures that returning employees as well as visitors are screened, properly referred and managed pursuant to Resolution No. 1 Series of 2020 by the Cordillera Regional Inter-Agency Task Force Task Unit on Medical Health Response.
For the process, the security guard provides qeueing number and triage forms to employees in the order of their arrival and sees to it that they are seated at least one meter apart while waiting for their turn to be interviewed by the triage officers and responsible officer.
Triage officers write time of arrival of employees at the triage area at the same time check/validate whether information filled out by the employees are complete and correct. Temperatures of employees will also be taken for appropriate markings before handing to the responsible officer for proper action.
