Luglug won over two other candidates during the election on August 22 at the capitol compound participated by 107 out of the 111 councilors in the province and facilitated by the Department of Interior and Local Government.
With his victory, Luglug will continue to represent the PCL in the Ifugao provincial board as ex-officio member for another three years.
Other elected officers were Councilors James Talib of Kiangan, vice president; Delfin Buligon of Hingyon, secretary; Neil Wanginwang of Lagawe, treasurer; Marlon Bandao of Lagawe, auditor; Tejano Balinon also of Lagawe, P.R.O and Chester Bahatan of Banaue as Business Manager.
Board of directors were Angel Tanguiling of Lagawe, Jessie Lacbawan of Hungduan, Randy Humakey of Tinoc, Eugene Lim-ang of Mayoyao, William Taganas and Herman Tuguinay of Alfonso Lista, Roberto Immotna of Banaue and Joel Tuguinay of Hingyon.
